HOW TO PUT IN THIS CUFF: 
1. Put the cuff in your nose and determine how much too big or too small the cuff is for you.
2. Take the cuff out of your nose. Now squeeze it to the right size. After squeezing it, put it back in your nose again.
3. Once the cuff has the right size, you don’t need to bend it again next time you wear it. 

Note: make sure the cuff sits a little tight. Take it out before bed or shower.
